What exactly does Bequesta do?

We help individuals and families organise their important documents, record their personal wishes in plain language, and build structured records for the future. We are an educational and facilitation service — not a law firm, financial adviser, or notary. We never draft binding documents or give advice that requires a professional licence.

How is a Document Inventory Session structured?

The session typically runs for two to three hours, either in person at our Silom office or by video call. We work through a comprehensive checklist of document categories — property, financial accounts, insurance, personal identification, digital assets, and more — and help you record where each item is held and who should have access to it.

Are the records Bequesta creates legally binding?

No. The records we help you create are personal organisational documents — notes, inventories, and written statements of intent for your own reference and that of your family. They are not wills, contracts, or legal instruments. Where binding documents are needed, we will note this clearly and recommend you engage a qualified Thai solicitor or notary.

Can the Wishes & Intentions Workshop involve more than one family member?

Yes. The workshop is designed to accommodate a couple or a small family group. Our facilitator helps guide the conversation so all participants feel heard and the resulting written record reflects a shared understanding of each person's wishes and intentions.

How long does the Complete Records Continuity Programme take?

The initial phase usually spans four to six weeks, with sessions scheduled at a pace that suits you. After the core record is established, we offer optional periodic review sessions to keep everything current as circumstances change.

Is my information kept confidential?

Completely. All information you share with Bequesta is handled with strict discretion. We never retain copies of your records beyond what is needed to complete the session, and we never share your information with third parties without your explicit instruction. Do you offer sessions outside Bangkok?

All three of our programmes are available by secure video call for clients throughout Thailand and abroad. In-person sessions take place at our Silom Road office in Bangkok. Please contact us to discuss the arrangement that suits you best.
