1 Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide our organisational and facilitation services:

  • Contact details — name, telephone number, and email address when you submit an enquiry or book a session.
  • Session notes — with your agreement, summary notes from workshops or consultation calls to support continuity between sessions.
  • Website usage data — pages visited, time on site, and browser type, collected via analytics cookies (with your consent).
  • Communication history — emails and messages you send us, retained for service quality and record-keeping purposes.

We do not collect payment card details directly. Any financial transactions are processed through third-party payment providers.
