These terms govern your use of Bequesta's website and services. Please read them carefully before booking or enquiring. By using our services you agree to these terms.
Bequesta provides organisational and facilitation services to help individuals and families create orderly personal records. We do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice, and nothing in our services constitutes such advice.

1. Definitions
"Bequesta" / "we" / "us" — Bequesta, a business located at 110 Silom Road, Silom, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand.
"Client" / "you" — Any individual or entity that uses our website or engages our services.
"Services" — The Document Inventory Session, Wishes & Intentions Workshop, Complete Records Continuity Programme, and any other facilitation or organisational services we offer.
"Session Materials" — Documents, checklists, templates, and guidance notes provided during a session.
"Agreement" — These Terms & Conditions together with any service booking confirmation.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enquiry, booking a session, or using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement, and accept these terms in full.
If you are enquiring on behalf of a family or an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so on their behalf.
3. Service Description
Bequesta offers three core services in Bangkok, Thailand:
A focused session to list and label important documents so nothing is overlooked or difficult to locate. Purely organisational in scope.
A facilitated workshop to help individuals and families express their wishes in plain language for their own personal records. Non-binding and educational.
A structured programme to build and maintain an organised personal record, with clear notes about involving qualified professionals where appropriate.
Services are available primarily in Bangkok. Remote sessions may be available upon request. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking or during sessions.
- Attend or reschedule sessions with at least 48 hours' notice where possible.
- Use session materials for your own personal organisational purposes only.
- Not share session materials commercially or represent them as your own original work.
- Understand that our services are organisational and facilitative only; you are responsible for seeking qualified legal, financial, or other professional advice when required.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, templates, worksheets, and session frameworks are the intellectual property of Bequesta. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use session materials for your own record-keeping purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt our materials for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
6. Fees & Payment
Fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is required in full prior to the commencement of a session or programme unless a written instalment arrangement has been agreed.
Cancellation and rescheduling:
- More than 48 hours' notice — full refund or free reschedule.
- 24–48 hours' notice — 50% credit toward a future session.
- Less than 24 hours' notice — no refund; rescheduling subject to availability.
If Bequesta cancels a session, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
7. Service-Specific Terms
Sessions are delivered in English. Thai-language support may be arranged upon request.
Session notes prepared by Bequesta remain the property of the client and will be shared with you in a format agreed at booking. We do not file, register, or submit any documents on your behalf.
The Complete Records Continuity Programme includes a schedule of check-in sessions as described at booking. Any changes to scope must be agreed in writing.
We may recommend that you consult a qualified lawyer, notary, financial planner, or other licensed professional. Such recommendations do not constitute advice and we are not responsible for the services of any third party you choose to engage.
8. Disclaimers
Our services are organisational and educational in nature. Nothing we provide constitutes legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. Session materials are for personal record-keeping purposes and do not have legal effect unless reviewed and formalised by a qualified professional.
We make no representations that the organisation of your records will achieve any particular outcome. Results depend on the information you provide and the actions you take independently.
The website is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Bequesta's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including any loss arising from reliance on session materials without obtaining appropriate professional advice.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Thai law.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing programme arrangement with 14 days' written notice. Fees paid for sessions already delivered are non-refundable; fees for sessions not yet delivered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
We reserve the right to terminate a booking without refund if a client is abusive toward our staff, provides false information, or uses our services for any purpose contrary to their stated nature.
11. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute will first be addressed through informal discussion; please contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within 10 business days.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be referred to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
12. General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These terms, together with any booking confirmation, constitute the full agreement between you and Bequesta.
Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in the future.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this agreement without our written consent. We may assign our obligations to a successor business.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
