Our Approach to Every Engagement
Every Bequesta programme begins with a brief initial conversation â no charge, no commitment. We ask about your situation, what you have in place, and what prompted you to reach out. From there, we suggest the programme that fits best.
Each programme follows a structured sequence. We use a tested 60-category document framework as our core reference, adapting the scope and depth to the programme and the client. Sessions can take place in person at our Silom office or by secure video call.
At the end of every engagement, you receive a clear written output. This may be a document inventory, a wishes record, or a full records file â depending on the programme. All outputs are in plain English (or Thai on request), written to be understood by a family member with no specialist knowledge.

Document Inventory Session
A focused session to list and label important documents so nothing is overlooked or hard to find. Purely organisational â we do not give advice or draft documents. We simply help you build a clear, accurate picture of what you have and where it lives.

A facilitated workshop helping individuals and families put their wishes into clear, plain words for their own records. Non-binding and entirely educational. The aim is not to produce a legal document â it is to ensure that the people who matter know what you want, and that it is written down clearly enough to be understood without further explanation.

- Guided framework for articulating wishes across key areas of concern
- Structured conversation facilitation for couples and small family groups
- Notes on where formal professional input â such as a will or power of attorney â may be appropriate
- Plain-language written wishes record, signed and dated for personal reference
